AMAZE has a fleet of Mobile Dewatering Trailers (DWTs) which are used in separating solids from water-based drilling fluid. Used drilling fluid is pumped from frac tanks using a 2×3 positive displacement pump into the Mobile Dewatering Trailer, where a proprietary blend of chemicals is mixed into the fluid. These chemicals destabilize the fluid, causing the solids to flocculate. The “flocced” solids are then separated from the liquid using a high-speed Mobile Centrifuge Unit (MCU) to achieve maximum concentration of the solids in the discard and maximum return of the solids-free liquid to the fluid system. AMAZE mobile dewatering system can also be used to recondition synthetic oil-based mud.
